2. Non-Refundable Items

        •       Customer Errors: Items ordered with incorrect size, color, or design (e.g., typos in customer-submitted text).
        •       Change of Mind: Refunds are not issued for buyer’s remorse or change of mind after the product has been printed.
        •       Custom Products: Personalized or custom products that meet the customer’s specifications but are no longer wanted.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

        •       Provide Proof: Attach a photo of the defective or incorrect product, along with your order number.

        •       Replacements: If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement free of charge. No need to return the defective product unless specifically requested.
        •       Monetary Refunds: If a replacement cannot be provided, or if requested by the customer, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs

        •       Refunded Shipping: If the error or defect is on our end, we will cover the shipping costs for replacements or refunds.
        •       Non-Refundable Shipping: If the issue is unrelated to damage or misprints, shipping costs will not be refunded.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, you will need to place a new order, unless the issue was due to an error on our part.
